Razer Synapse 2 | Kraken EQ setting issues

Hello there. I got a "Windows 10 Pro" PC using Razer Synapse 2 (latest) to have all my settings synced. The headset in question is "Razer Kraken 7.1 V2" My issue is that the equalizer does not appear to be enabled in particular games, examples being League of Legends, Overwatch and Minecraft. While other games such as Osu, Brawlhalla and GTA V. Things I have already tried: - Reinstalling Synapse application and drivers. - Changing USB port on the PC. - Turning PC off and on again. Was wondering if anyone else has this same issue or if I am missing a setting to fix such issue with a few games that somehow does not appear to use the settings I have placed on equalizer.

Can you elaborate? EQ configs are typically always enabled and affect any and all sound that comes out of the system.

It is supposed to do it, however it doesn't on some applications/games, here's a video I recorded that shows what I am trying to explain https://i.alexflipnote.dev/b4NzvgM.mp4

That's honestly one of the weirdest things I've watched today. Do you get the same results when tweaking EQ via Realtek sound utility or something similar for analog speakers?

When I tweak the EQ with Realtek sound utility, it works perfectly fine, as demonstrated in this video right here: https://i.alexflipnote.dev/8Lt8Cxd.mp4 Keep in mind that I do not use Realtek by default, I have Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 (USB) and control all audio settings through Razer Synapse. This was recreated by plugging in some Apple Earbuds to the audio jack and mixing with the EQ to Realtek.

Thanks for the clip. There is definitely something wrong with Synapse or at least with how it interacts with other apps. I do need one more thing from you and that would be the Synapse logs. Can you send those to me as a zip file via PM? BTW you'll have to upload them on something like GDrive or Dropbox.

Will do when I get home from work (2-3 hours from when this comment is posted) with logs from Synapse.
