I've just bought a razer Ornata chroma v2 and I was trying to register the product online but the website complained that the "item serial number is unkown". I was trying several combination of of code like small and big letters but nothing work. What I should to do?

Can you send me the serial number of your device via PM? That way, I can try and check on it from my end. Sending a photo of your device's serial number would also help a lot. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
