Blade 15 Advanced (Mid-2019) capped at 20 fps or lower

I'm currently using a blade 15 Advanced (mid-2019) with Nvidia GeForce 2070 Max-Q design, Intel i7-8750H and, 16GB ram. The battery was removed due to swelling, therefore I plugged in full-time. I'm not expecting to run with 60FPS for most modern AAA games, however, games such as Warthunder, Seas of Thieves, and GTA V are currently being capped at 30 FPS(sometimes at 1X). I noticed that the computer could run at 114-144 FPS when I just returned from the alt-tab function, however, it only lasts for about 3-5 minutes. The computer stabilized at 60 fps with low-graphics requirement games such as Stormworks and Heart of Irons. Have done: disabled the battery boost, V-Sync, reset the computer, and set my power plan to high performance. Despite all the efforts, it is still being capped at 30 FPS. Have not: I'm currently "stuck" in a country with little or no razer support services, I'm waiting to return to Canada for the battery replacement; I have not touched the BIOS setting yet.
