Synapse devices not working anymore

Hi all, I'm currently using a tartarus pro and worked fine on win11 till today, if I start the program synpase the tartarus buttons doesn't work anymore (even opening notepad and tapping buttons to write WASD - 1234 etc...) only works the Dpad and the scroll if I close from background the synapse app the buttons on my tartarus works again tried many profiles always same issue (not linked with apps and linked with apps = same problem) tried reboot nothing change tried unplug device and plug it back again and nothing tried repair nothing I have really no idea on what can be, no windows update done since 13.01.2022 (and worked well till yesterday) seems a software issue since if I close the software all buttons works again on the device
