Scratched my activation code too much

Hello, i bought a set of Kraken Tournament Edition headphones and, since i was very excited about it, i accidentally scratched too much of a part of the 7.1 surround activation code. Is there any way i can get another one?

Kraken TE is not compatible for 7.1 Surround Sound. By having Synapse 3.0 installed on your Windows PC, after registering your Kraken TE to your RAZER account the THX Spatial Audio will be enabled automatically on Synapse 3.0

Your Razer Kraken Tournament Edition is supported by THX Spatial, which you can activate on Synapse 3. If you have the app installed, you can use the THX button on the side of the USB audio controller to enable the feature. The LED indicator on the top-right corner of the audio controller will light up if the surround sound is on. You can visit the product's Master Guide for a better picture.
