Blackwidow Chroma V2 Synapse don't recognize inputs

When i turn on my computer and Razer Synapse (3.7) starts, then it don't recognize any inputs of my keyboard, so except from the LED lights its like my keyboard is not connected until i close Razer Synapse. When the programm is closed, then i can normally use the keyboard and writing like this text here. This problem comes with an update i guess, because i didn't change anything functions like "disable keyboard" or something. I new installed the program and reset the profiles and even deleted the keyboard in the Windows device manager but it didn't change anything. Is there some known issues with Synapse or does someone knows what can i do? So i'm sry for my bad english but i hope you unterstand what i wrothe. Some informations: Operating System: Windows 10 21H1 Synapse Version: 3.7.131.11810

    Have you tried resetting the keyboard through the Razer Synapse settings? Please gather your computer's MSinfo and Synapse 3.0 logs. Once done, please clean reinstall the software by following the steps here. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM including the log files.
