Razer Blackwidow Elite - spontaneous volume change problem

Hello Razer community, I am using Razer Blackwidow Elite keyboard, it has a volume knob in the upper right corner. There is a known problem with this model, that it spontaneously increases and decreases the volume. So currently I have volume up and down unbind, in another words, I can´t use the knob, which defeats the whole purpose of having it in the first place. What I would like to do is bind a keyboard shortcut of shift+volume up on the knob to increase the volume AND shift+volume down to decrease it - that would alleviate the problem with changing volume. Problem is, Razer Central doesn´t allow that (doesn´t allow combination of keys being bind). I would like to be able to bind it - is there anybody here who had this problem and would be willing to share how they solved it? I have AutoHotkey installed and wouldn´t mind having a script on the background running which would help me with this. I am running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19044). Help with this problem would be appreciated.

Hi there! Have you checked if the behavior happens while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Also, check if the intermittent volume change while the device is plugged into another USB port or computer (preferably Windows 11)? Ensure that the keyboard is connected to your computer's USB port directly, not on a USB hub. Otherwise, allow me to initiate a case/ticket and forward it to the Support Team. Please send me a PM, including your Razer BlackWindow Elite's serial number and Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the file via Google Drive or any online drive, then paste the link in your message.
