poor audio quality
hey everyone !
i have a kraken tournament edition and the sound suddenly turn bad ... i've searched on the audio of windows nothing new, reboot my computer, delete and reinstall synapse and my drivers but nothing change ....
i've tested the headset on another computer and work well ...
i guess it's caused by synapse ... did someone have informations about that ?

lasersho0tAre you referring to this model? Are you connecting the headset while using its USB audio controller? Does the issue happen while the headset is plugged in using its 3.5mm cable to your computer's port? Please update the headset firmware by clicking this link and see if it helps.
