Disconnected?

I Have the following config: Notebook -> TB3 Cable to Razer Core X Chrome -> Razer Tartarus V2 (on the USB hub of the Core X) Now I face the issue that my keymaps "disappear" after some time (about 1 hour I would say) Means: I have macros programmed e.g. on button 10. Works for some while but then suddenly i press 10 and it makes an "R" what is the default setting. I open synapse to check keymap and I see macro binding is correct.... show button 10 my macro; i press on it makes an r I kill synapse and start it again. All works. Notebook is a new setup; 3 days old. On a different workspace, i use the Tartarus connected through the Dell screen USB hub with NO such issue. Any idea? Can I somehow update the firmware of the Core X? Haven't found any software for that. I can control the light through synapse of it. So it is recognized.

Did you try connecting the Tartarus V2 directly to your laptop's USB port and check if the same behavior happens? Are you referring to the Razer Core X Chroma? If yes, you can download its firmware from its support page via this link. Otherwise, send me a PM or submit a case to our Support Team.

Thanks for pointing that out. Please try repairing your Razer Synapse 3.0 by following the steps from this article and see if it helps. Otherwise, contact our Support Team or send me a PM so I can initiate an investigation on your behalf.

There's no firmware that is Windows based for the Razer Core X Chroma. Did you check if the issue happens if the Razer Tartarus V2 is connected directly to your laptop?
