New Tartarus v2 not connect with synapse 3

the Tartarus canworking like normal keyboard but just cannot connect to Synapse. then i cannot remap key or do any feature on this product. here what i try after google. 1. Reinstall Synapse. deleat all razer folder from Programdata Programfile. 2. uninstall all razer driver from Device manager but still cannot recover. please help

    Hello there! Is it recognized properly by the PC? Also, have you tried using it with a different computer to see if the same problem persists?
