[Bug] Viper 8Khz 1.02.00 Disconnect Issue

Hello, I've bought a new sealed Razer Viper 8Khz on Christmas in store (Mediamarkt Germany) and since then I've got Disconnect Issue's when i start my PC. The Problem only occurs after a clean Shutdown and new Boot Up. Windows disconnect randomly with the mouse without me touching it. Very often it doesn't work at all and the Viper is dead. The only way in getting the mouse to work again is reconnecting the USB port serveral times, sometimes it works after the first try, sometimes after a couples of tries or different USB ports. (The port doesn't matter, i can plug it in USB 3 or 2 directly on the mainboard or at the additional case ports, everywhere the mouse suffers from the same problems.) After using the PC energy saving mode and wake up the mouse works properly. I don't think it's a broken cable because while using it and with the energy saving mode the mouse functions properly. It must be a bug while the boot up procedure. I've tried the update but i've already got a mouse with the latest firmware. https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4540/~/razer-viper-8khz-firmware-updater-|-rz01-03580 BTW: Changing the Hz in razer Synapse didn't do anything regarding the disconnect problem. Facts: OS Windows 10 Razer Viper 8khz Firmware: 1.02.00 Mainboard: MSI B550-A Pro, ATX Razer Synapse 3.7.131.11810 Problem: OS doesn't recognize the mouse after fresh boot up. Thanks for the help.

Does the same issue happen while connecting the mouse to another computer? Please disable or close the Razer Synapse 3.0 and check if the disconnection persists. Gather your computer's MSinfo and Synapse 3.0 logs, perform a clean installation and see how it goes. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
