thx spatial audio activation code not working

i have a new kraken te and the activation code doesn't work. i just registered it because someone here said they send a new code in an email but still nothing any help would be appreciated.... also sorry if im not doing this wrong

Your Razer Kraken TE has an integrated THX Spatial Audio on Synapse, and you won't need a code to activate it. Here's a guide on how to use THX Spatial as a playback device. If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to send me a message.
