I buy razer viper mini but why I cant activate synapse for macro.. I tried every method like install/reinstall but still can't activate the synapse..

    Does your mouse get recognized on your Device Manager? You can try reinstalling your mouse driver from this guide. If it's already detected on your Device Manager and Synapse, you can follow the steps on this page to create macros on Synapse 3. If you need further assistance, feel free to send me a PM.
