Naga pro wireless not working

I was in the middle of playing a game when my Naga pro wireless started stuttering then eventually quit working all together. I tried updating everything. The mouse is stuck it wont switch modes if i plug it in with the cable it doesn't read it doesn't show up on synapsis either. the profile light on the bottom is stuck on white. I even tried to hold M1 M2 and scroll wheel down nothing is working. was just seeing if someone here knew a fast way to fix it before try the warrantee.

    Having an interruption in the middle of the game is such a bummer. You may follow this guide to fix your mouse. Should the issue persists, please PM me your device's serial number to look for other possible fixes. I can use that to look for a new firmware update for your Razer Naga Pro.
