Razer Kaira pro for PS5, Microphone issue.

I've owned this device for couple weeks, and found microphone issue which otherside people who talked with me are barely hear my voice (I've tested on Discord, Cell phone and Teams). Hence, I want to know that whether Razer have update new firmware to fixed this microphone or not?

Try to detach and re-attach your microphone. Put the mic diaphragm in front and the air vent facing away from your mouth. For now, follow the steps in this guide to fix the problem. Should the issue persists, please PM me your device's serial number to look for other possible fixes. I can use that to check firmware-related updates. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
