No Activation Code for Surround Sound in Package

Greetings, I have received today through Amazon a Blackshark V2 X. I tried going through the steps to activate 7.1 Surround Sound, but the code is not in the package at all. Is it possible to retrieve it based on product number and serial number?

    @CimmerianHydra, From what I know, there should be a scratch code that comes with the headset. But if there's none, let's first try to register your device using this guide. The code should be sent to your email within 24 hours of its registration. You'll have to keep an eye on your email's inbox and spam/junk folder in case the code strayed in there.
