THX SPatial Sound not working

Hi, I have owned one the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition for two years now and have suffered from the thx spatial sound not working from time to time, this usually corresponds with a windows update, I have done a complete installation twice to fix this issue. I thought I was out of the woods last time as it went a while without breaking, but it did a couple of months back, by breaking i mine selecting thx spatial sound wouldn't produce any sound. I have tried to completely reinstall synapse which I think I did last time to see if that would remedy the issue, its asking me for a product key which I do not have anymore can you check to see if I have redeemed one on my account? As I am pretty sure I have, I can't seem to find the manuel or anything else related to it around, but I would have assumed I wouldn't need it have redeeming it once. Really like the headset but have found the thx driver to stop working from time to time being quite annoying.

    Look for this post: No sound when using THX sound option after latest update, I found it was a driver issue and maybe you ticked the THX software as part of install, that asks for a product key or trial but u don't need since the THX and is handled by the Synapse software.
