Uneven keycap lighting on my Razer Book 13

Hi, I just got my Razer Book 13 last week, and as soon as I started using it, I found that there are several keycaps that show uneven lighting or no lighting for some letter and I know this is not normal. One of the problem is that I live in Sweden and friend of mine bought this for me from Amazon.de (30/1 2022), however we do have Amazon in Sweden (amazon.se) and I have the proof of sale from Amazon.de (receipt). I'm really disappointed about the quality control of the Razer product! Please advice the best way forward. Regards, (*Omitted)

    Does the uneven Chroma lighting happen to all colors? Please disable or close the Razer Synapse 3.0 and check if the behavior persists. Otherwise, perform a Razer Synapse 3.0 clean reinstallation and see how it goes. I’ll be locking this thread now. Please communicate with Amazon as they have their warranty claim procedure too.
