CORE X CHROMA - Connect - Disconnect

I use the Core X Chrome for my work py with a T600 card. When i have system connected over TB at startup, windows will not start and bitlocker will come. When i start the Dell 7310 laptop up frist and then connect the box its a lottery. Sometimes it workes somtimes not. I need to switch from one port to another. Search for new hardware etc. Disonnection here seems to work. But its a huge hussle with hibernate etc. I expected this to behave like a "conventional docking station" When i use it on my Lenovo P1G3 its even worse. When i disconnect that one it will not show any image on the internal screen and the system is F....up. -> HARDPOWEROFF I mangage to disconnect by first deactivating the eGPU card in the device manager.... In a nutshell its very good once it runs but getting there and especially hibernate and start up again is nearly impossible. I am so disappointed having spent over 800Euros on this System. My 100euro HP usbC docking station worked on the P1G3 (with also dedicated intern card) like a charm compared to this.... So how do you correctly CONNECT, DISCONNECT, RECONNECT and go into hibernate, go out of it etc with such an eGPU?
