Problem with Synapse "RSy3_AudioAppStreamsWrapper.dll"

Hi I have just gotten a new razer Cynosa V2 for the first time and installed the razer software. Razer Cortex and Razer Central work but a can not open Razer Synapse it shows me an error saying. "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application . If you click Continue . the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue if you click Quit. the application will close immediately. Could not load file or assembly "RSy3_AudioAppStreamsWrapper.dll" or one of its dependencies. is not valid Win32 application. (Exception from HRESULT : 0x800700C1). I have tried repairing synapse but it did not work is there a way I can fix this

    Be sure, that you have .net 4.8 installed. If you already have .net 4.8 - try to repair it or reinstall.

    @middlingsnow Have you tried to re-install your Synapse? For now, do a clean re-installation of your Synapse to fix the issue. Should the problem persists, gather the Synapse logs and send them to me via PM. You can use google drive to send it. I can use the Synapse logs to investigate further and provide proper solutions to your Synapse software. Thank you! @FiszPL for initiating troubleshooting steps.
