Blackwidow Elite - Help?!

I am having issues with keys being spammed--even when I am nowhere near the keyboard to make any inputs (e.g., overnight, when the computer is locked, I'll wake up to my keyboard spamming keypresses into the password entry bar). The webpage has no driver or firmware information for this keyboard and indicates that the keyboard is no longer supported despite having bought this less than two years ago. Does anyone have any thoughts??

    Have you tried to clean your keyboard? Sometimes dust and dirt build up and make your keyboard stuck. Try to clean your keyboard by following the steps in this guide. Should the problem persists, please PM me your device's serial number to check for a new firmware update for your device.
