Hi, my headphones wont turn on or charge. When I plug them in the computer, the computer recognizes them but they wont charge or turn on.

    If your headset is no longer turning on, the issue is either caused by a faulty battery or charging cable. Do you have another charging cable to try and see if the headset works? If it doesn’t, please send me the serial number to validate the warranty status of your device for possible RMA options. **Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
