I tried to log in with the 7.1 surround application and the cup I entered the authentication cad tells me that it is invalid and I just received the headphones together with the authentication code

    I tried to log in with the 7.1 surround application and the cup I entered the authentication cad tells me that it is invalid and I just received the headphones together with the authentication code
    If you haven't already, try to use the English keyboard layout and enter the code again. Follow these steps to activate the English keyboard layout.
    • Press the Windows key and the letter I ( Windows + I )
    • Click Time & language icon
    • Click Region and Language on the left list
    • Click Add a language
    • Choose the language that you want to add
    Should the problem persists, please PM me a screenshot of the error and a picture of your activation code. I can use that to investigate and request a code generation on your behalf. Let's pick up from there. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
