Razer Firefly Color Settings saved to hw memory with Synapse 2 but not with Synapse 3?

I recently upgraded from Razer Synapse 2 to Synapse 3 so I can link up my nanoleaf lights but I've run into an issue with my Razer Firefly mousepad and now every time I reboot my machine the mousepad reverts to the Spectrum Cycle Colour effect instead of the static effect I have set in the Synapse Software I then have to wait until Windows has restarted and synapse has loaded up for the colour to revert back to the chosen effect. Synapse 2 didn't have this issue, once an effect was applied it stayed even after reboot, I could power down the computer completely and the set effect would still remain saved to the firefly's memory.
