Razer blackshark v2 pro mic not working

Hi All, I recent bought a new pair of Blackshark V2 pro headphones; the ones that connect via the usb. The sound works fine, but I cannot for the life of me get the mic to work. I've tried everything; reinstalling software, trying a new device, plugging it in, and nothing works! Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried that video on yt that troubleshoots it but still nothing.... Thank you,
