My Blackshark V2 X's activation card isn't working

Hello, I have recently purchased the BlackShark V2 X and registered it on Razor Synapse, but when I type in the activation code in Razor THX Spatial Audio, it says that the activation code is invalid. Can someone help please?

It seems like you installed the THX Spatial Audio App instead of the 7.1 Surround Sound App. These two applications both aim to give you superior positional audio and a lifelike gaming experience; the THX Spatial Audio App is purchased as an upgrade while the latter is what comes with your headset.
