Scratch code unreadable, need help!

Hello, I've just bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X and damaged the activation code for the 7.1 surround sound and its now unreadable. Are there any other methods on getting the code? Will show proof upon assitance!

I have the same problem but mine came slightly damaged and when i tried to scratch it to reveal the code i made it worse, worst part is its only 3 numbers that i cant see :(

Same,I accidently scratched the activation code of my razer kraken x , and I couldn't see most of the code. i know this is my problem , but I really hope if i could get the new code

So i just contacted razer through their support page, and they got back to me within the 2 hrs i contacted them. Maybe you both can give it a try!
