Hello Razer, My Razer Blade Stelth is only giving me 1 hour of battery life. I want to change the battery. I cannot find any batteries in the replacement parts section in Razer website. Where can I buy original battery? Please help.

    Did you try the recommended steps from this article? Should the issue persists, please send me the following, so I can tap our Support Team and check if the laptop has an available battery in our service center: a. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver) b. Photo of the BIOS main tab. c. Windows Battery Report • Hit Windows Button + X and select Command Prompt (Admin). This is the quickest way to open the Command Prompt as an administrator. • Type in and enter: powercfg /batteryreport Note: This command will create a battery report under C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\battery-report.html or, in Windows versions older than Windows 10, under C:\\Users\\[Username] Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM.
