Razer Thresher 7.1 syncing problem

Hello, I have a Razer Thresher headset with 2 dongles (the retail one and another one bought in Ebay). The retail dongle stopped working one day, after insert it in the USB port, it says that "USB device not recognized" but the dongle itself connects with the headset, so, even after uninstalling drivers and installing them again, didnt worked again, same problem with PS4 and PS5. So, I decided to bought another dongle in ebay, this new one gets recognized and even I can select the the headset in the audio settings, but the problem is that the headset is not syncing with the new dongle. Anyone can help me here? Is there any option to do a reset of my headsets and then sync in with the new dongle? Thanks :D
