Thunderbolt 4 Chroma and Windows 11

Hello,

I have an issue connecting my Thunderbolt 4 Chroma Dock to my Razer Blade Advanced 2021 edition (running Windows 11). After plugging it in, the dock (and all peripherals attached to it) quickly connect, then disconnect, then disconnect, etc for about two minutes before disconnecting permanently. The dock does work with an older laptop that I own that runs Windows 10.

After discussing this issue with Razer Support staff, they concluded that this failure is because the Thunderbolt 4 Chroma currently does not work on Windows 11 (Windows 11 is not listed as a compatible software) but a driver update will occur in the "future." Has anyone else had an issue with Windows 11 and the Thunderbolt 4? Were you able to fix it?

Hi - I'm using both a Mercury and Chroma dock (at different times, we have 2 in our office) and they both work fine with windows 11

I updated my Razer Blade Stealth to windows 11. I connected to the Core X Chroma (RTX 2080 Super) and blue screen of death.

The notebook restarted and tried to fix an error. Worked well after being disconnected. Reinstalled driver Updated windows Reinstalled Nvidia & Razer software

Nothing.

That's sad to hear. Allow me to report this to our Support Team. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM including your laptop's serial number so I can verify its details and available updates. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
