I lost my backup code and my authenticator phone is broken

I reloaded my razer gold account yesterday, but I can't buy anything there because I can't do the 2 step process. I really want my 2 step verification to reset so that I can use my new phone as authenticator. Please help, I sent a ticket to support as well.
