Mouse Unresponsive During Macro Execution

I'm using a razer naga trinity and razer tartarus pro keypad with razer synapse 3.7.228.22817. I have installed the macro module and configured a series of macros to run via a keybind on the keypad. I use my mouse for movement in my game by holding left and right mouse down. When I am executing my macro (which is about 10 seconds long), I am not able to move my character with my mouse. Is there some setting I can change to make my mouse responsive while I am using a macro? I also tested this with a razer basilisk v3 and it was responsive during macro execution, but the basilisk has a fault connection and no longer works with my pc.
