Hammerhead TWS X not connecting to Asus Laptop

did anybody connect the buds to Asus G731GU laptop, so frustrated rn, Bluetooth connected and only thing working so far is hands free, Stereo says unplugged in sound settings, tried every solution in google i might have to return and refund this.
