7.1 surround sound Activation Code over scratched

I don't know what to do to get a new activation code for my Blackshark V2 X, because the original code is unclear from slightly over scratching, some letters cannot be seen anymore, I need guide and help what to do next to activate it, thanks!

    I registered my headset with Razer and no activation code was sent via email make sure to register first then im pretty sure someone on here will send a link to help further

    Only the Razer Kraken 2019 (RZ04-0283), Kraken V3 X, Barracuda X, and Base Station V2 Chroma receive a code via email after the product registration. Both BlackShark V2 X and Kraken X should come with an activation card upon purchase. I recommended contacting our Support Team by submitting a case through this link: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/email_us. I’ll be locking this thread now.
