7.1 surround sound Activation Code scratched

I purchased the Kraken X. The foil over the code is really tough, getting it off has removed half of the actual code and now I can't activate it. To make matters worse, when I try to use the support webform it will not allow me to select anything in the subject line of the message and this is compulsory to submit. I've tried three different browsers and got the same problem with the webform. Any help?

    How do I get a new code for my 7.1 surround sound code? I was scratching the foil off and accidentally scratched off half of the code. I still got the code for proof

    Glad to see it's not just me that has this problem. That foil is super tough to scratch and when it does come off it takes half the number with it... Why is the 7.1 behind this code anyway, is it really that top secret? Anyway, is there a solution to this problem Razer?

    Just bought my blackshark v2 x and the activation code is unscratchable. Can you please advise how we can access the code as it cannot be scratched without spoiling it?

    hello, im also had the same problem. My activation code is still readable but whenever i try put the code it says invalid. What do i do ?

    Hi Guys, Support fixed this for me by sending me a new code. You need to raise a ticket with them, make sure you log into support page first with the account you log into these forums. I included an image of the scratched off code with my support ticket. They were pretty fast, within a day or two I got an email with a new code and it worked fine. Best of luck.
