AFTER BEING DECLINED FOR A MILLIONS OF TIMES, FINALLY, I DISCOVERED THE PATTERN OF THE RAZER GOLD VISA RELOAD SYSTEM after being declined millions of times, I finally discovered the pattern of the razer gold visa reload system. First of all, when you had this problem don't try to find customer support. There's none! live chat is a robot, he won't help you with this issue. Submitting a ticket took them 4 days just to reply to me. (and keep reading you will know why not to submit a ticket) I placed an order and it's been pending for 4 days, didn't hear anything back from them. So, submitting a ticket would be your last choice. Question: So, what is the best way to solve this issue? Answer: None, there's no solution to this issue. But there's a pattern you can follow, that I found by spending thousands of dollars. Explanation: How did I get to the conclusion that there is no solution to this issue. I had this problem the first week of using Razer Gold, at that time we still have real-time live chat. Something it will help you address this issue, but now we don't have it. I tried to submit a ticket it may work but it won't solve your issue completely, and it takes you days to wait for their replies(they are the only people you can find, so they have too many messages to reply to) But, the ultimate way is, you only have to wait for 24 hours and the payment system will refresh. You will reload successfully at that time! Yes, it refreshes every 24 hours. I've been trying and failing hundreds of time to get to this conclusion. Sometimes, You don't have to wait 24 hours, you can reload twice in the morning and at night. But that is a very rare chance, normally you can be PATIENT!!! and wait for 24 hours to reload again. Wow, that's bad news for Razer Gold users. Razer need to refresh the reload site more frequently.
