Hey Team, I've dredged out my keyboard Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth 2016 RZ03-01700 and Synapse 2.0 used to support my keyboard. I was wondering if anyone knew what version of Synapse 2.0 I could/should be using to get it to work again, or if Synapse 2.0 will auto udpate to a version that no longer supports my keyboard. I just want my ripple effects back. -Thrillward

Synapse 2.0 download: https://www.razer.com/synapse-2 Your keyboard will be working with 2.0 version only - the installer always downloads the newest available Synapse 2.0 version. If you have it already installed, and the keyboard is not showing, unplug the keyboard and plug it into different USB port (preferred USB 3.0 and above, directly into the motherboard and not via USB HUB).

Thanks for the response. No dice for me regretfully. Synapse 3.0 states my keyboard is recognised as a 2.0 legacy device. However my 2016 model is not on the list for supported devices for 2.0.

But you've installed Synapse 2.0 and it's not detected there?

Yes, that's correct. Synapse 2.0 doesn't recognise my keyboard as a supported device.

Please try different USB port then. If it's still not working - remove Synapse 2.0, run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any Razer drivers, then restart PC. After restart install Synapse 2.0 again, as administrator.
