Kraken V3 Pro HyperSense Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset Causes Synapse to Freeze-up

The title says it all... or that's my theory at least. I just got the new Kraken V3 Pro Gaming Headset and Synapse found it right away. So far, so good. Then... the next morning I noticed that Synapse was not updating the battery level of my Razer mouse. It was on the charger good, so no issues with it actually charging. The issue was that Synapse seems to go out to lunch and stop updating. Anyone else seeing this, or is this specific to my configuration? I've got all Razer peripherals (meaning keyboard, mouse, and headset).

Please gather the Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by following this article. Once done, please uninstall the application, run the device clean-up tool, then reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. Also, ensure that your Windows .NET Framework is on version 4.8 by downloading the file here. I’ll be locking this thread now.
