Razer Raptor Monitor Working but Not in Synapse

I've come across an issue where my Razer Raptor Monitor is working, but it is not showing in Synapse and none of the USB ports on it are working properly. It is connected to my Razer Blade 15 via USB-C and has worked properly in the past. I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, updating drivers in windows, repairing synapse, uninstalling and reinstalling synapse and factor reseting my monitor. Anybody know how to fix this?

    Did you already try the steps here? I also suggest you try a different USB-C cable for further isolation. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number of your Razer Raptor so I can check for available firmware updates and other workarounds to help you address the issue.
