Blinking indicator light

I have a universal charger stand for the Xbox one and today I noticed that the indicator light is blinking orange! Not solid orange when charging and isn’t solid white when fully charged! Tried to find it in support and various places online even the support booklet it came with makes no mention of it! Can anyone help?
