Replacement basilisk USB dongle

Hello to all. Recently, my razer basilisk ultimate usb dongle has stopped working entirely. All it does is draw heat and gets REALLY hot when plugged into any port. Neither my Razer blade or desktop is detecting it on any of the 15 ports I've tried. I have checked on the Razercare site to see that a replacement basilisk dongle isn't even available for sale. Is it possible to buy a new basilisk ultimate, and use the dongle from that mouse? Or even better, does Razer send out replacements for parts not listed on their website? Many Thanks! M.C.

When did the USB dongle started not working and warm-up? Was there any incident that could have triggered the behavior? Also, when and where did you buy the device? What region/country are you from? If you've purchased it from a local reseller, please request for warranty claim by contacting them.
