Black shark v2 X mic not being detected

Hello so i have a Black shark v2 X and the mic is working i tested it on my phone and it worked but somehow it isnt getting detected on the device manager and control panel. The mic dosent work because its not detected. Everything other is working but the mic. Please help

    Your headset is using a 3.5mm audio connection, it will use the default audio driver of your PC such as the Realtek High Definition Audio driver. In the sound settings, under Input choose Realtek and make sure you're using an audio/mic combo port. If your PC has a separate port for mic and audio, you can use a splitter. If you're still experiencing the same issue, try the steps here. If that didn't help, PM the serial number so I can check for other workarounds to help you resolve the issue.
