Flashing black/white screen & refresh rate issues

Can someone help me? I have razer laptop 15 bast model 2019 and every once in a while(happens alot when i am playing games, around once every 5-10 minutes) my screen flashes black or white for like once second and then it'll go back to normal. Except when this happens, my roblox or whatever game im playing crashes and or white screens and i have to close it then re open it again. The light/color of my screen also tends to get more white/bright after this happens. It is causing lots of issues because it happens like mid match all the time. How do I fix this? Also my computer says it can go to 144hz but when I go to settings and try to turn it to 144hz it wont let me its like its capped out. Someone please help, and fast.

    Try the steps here to isolate the issue. I also suggest you update the GPU driver and make sure your Windows OS is up to date as well. If that didn't work, PM me the serial number so I can check for other workarounds or forward this to our RMA Team for a possible repair.
