THX-Spacial Audio - How do Game Profiles work?

So, I JUST purchased this software after testing it for 2 weeks (trial period). I works fine except once I installed it I noticed Razer Synapse was uninstalled (use both a Razer keyboard and mouse, but since I don't really care about lighting not that big a deal to me)? HOWEVER, I keep running into references to Game Profiles. Is this something I can download like custom setting templates for the EQ? Or is this something that just automatically happens when a supported game is launched?
