My keyboard stopped working for no reason, it just turned off, I tried to do a hard reset but it didn't help, the keyboard only works in demo mod, after exiting it, no reaction, no backlight, the computer does not detect it at all, I tried on another PC and there is the same problem. I cannot install the drivers automatically. The keyboard is named as unknown device.

    Did you follow the steps from this article? And yes, it does look like a hardware issue to me. If you've purchased the device from a local reseller, please notify them and ask for a warranty claim. On the other hand, if the keyboard was bought from the Razer Store or another authorized reseller, send me a PM, so I can help you initiate a replacement request.
