Hello good afternoon. About a year ago I bought a monitor and it came with Razer Kraken headphones, so far so good, today I heard about surround sound and tried to activate it. I entered the code that came with the headphones and I was denied access. Can anybody help me?

    Ensure that you are activating the 7.1 Surround Sound code to its app, not on THX Spatial Audio and vice versa. Also, some users have interchanged the letter O with zero, the number 1 for the letter I, and the letter J for either the number 1 or the letter I. I’ll be locking this thread now.
