Razer Viper Ultimate battery no longer charging.
My Razer Viper Ultimate no longer charges.
The firmware is up to date (as is Synapse and Cortex).
I've tried charging the mouse with the cord, and on the dock (after cleaning the pins). The "breathing" lighting indicates that the mouse should be charging, but the battery level will not raise higher than 4%.
From the looks of things, I'm not the only one to have this problem.

JAndertonThis is clearly a hardware problem. PM me the serial number of your device so I can create a case and forward this to our RMA Team for a replacement request. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation privately.
