Razer Book 13 Horizonal Lines at 60 Hz Refresh Rate
I brought home a new Razer Book 13 and I see faint horizontal lines across the display. When running Microsoft Windows and logged into the Desktop with no apps running, the display appears fine as long as there is no motion. When I move the mouse, horizontal lines appear. The faster the mouse movement, the more the display gets fuzzy with additional horizontal lines. I found that I only see this behavior when the display is set to 59.95 Hz. When I drop it to 47.96 Hz everything seems fine. Therefore, a work-around is just to stick with 47.96 Hz and not use the default native refresh rate. The horizonal lines at 59.95 Hz are not detectable with the default Razer Windows background image. However, with the "Windows (light)" Theme's default background, the lines are very pronounced.
The Windows 11, "System, Display, Advanced display, Choose a refresh rate," dropdown provides only the two values:
59.95 Hz
47.96 Hz
No additional monitors are connected. "Display information" reports LQ134N1JW48, "Display 1: Connected to Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics."
I opened a Case with Razer Support. It has been processed as a defective machine to be replaced as per the warranty. However, I am concerned that this is a software issue and that I will see the same behavior with a new Razer Book 13. Therefore, I am inclined to return the system to the retailer and switch to a different brand.
Can anyone confirm that they have a Razer Book 13 that works fine at 59.95 Hz?

Separately, the keyboard is a bit of a pain. Keypresses frequently fail to get the character into inputs. It is a bit annoying to constantly go back to deal with missing characters while typing.
