Razer Kiyo Pro problens/Conflicts

I'm having a problem and I need help. I have a New Razer Kiyo Pro (bought last Friday), and it doesn't work on my computer, it keeps blinking, glitching and distorting everything. I tried all USB inputs and changed the powerline frequency (to 50Hz and 60Hz), my drivers are up to date, I'm waiting for a technician to update the motherboard bios, I tried a clean install of Windows and that didn't work either. Nothing worked. I tested the webcam on two other computers (an i5, 2nd generation, windows 10, and an i5, 10th generation, windows 11) and it worked normally. I also have other webcams that work perfectly fine on my computer, so I don’t know why this one doesn’t. My config is 10400F on a B460m D3H (Rev 1.0), Windows 10. I made a video showing the problem.

Try to repair the Synapse application by following the steps here. Update the firmware of your device by following the instructions on this page. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you resolve the issue.
