Razer Synapse interface not opening

I reinstalled Synapse 3 due to Nari mic issues but now when I try to open Synapse, nothing happens. I can't even uninstall it because it just infinitely loads and never opens so I am stuck with a broken synapse on my pc. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to fix it? Razer Synapse 3 is also not appearing in my system tray but the processes are running on task manager.
